The Remembrance Meeting

Also known as The Lord’s Supper is the most important meeting of all; completely devoted to the remembrance of our Lord Jesus Christ and what He did at the croos for the entire world see Luke 22:19. The elements, the bread & wine, are symbols of the body and the blood of our Savior.

The meeting’s structure is simple and un-programmed. Various men (as led by the Holy Spirit) will spontaneously suggest hymns, read appropriate Scriptures or worship in prayer. The women worship as well, in silence with their heads covered according to 1 Corinthians 11:2-16 and 14:31-35 and 1 Tim. 2:11-12. There may be times of silent meditation by all as we reflect our Savior’s sacrifice so we might live eternally with Him.

If you do not know the Lord as your personal Savior, you are welcome to observe, but not participate in partaking of the bread and wine. Everyone trusting in Christ for eternal salvation and living in fellowship with Him in obedience to His Holy Word is encouraged to partake of the elements in remembrance of the Lord.

We believe this is the most meaningful time for all Believers and help each individual come to a closer and more intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
